Emery's Birth Video
Rather than posting a million photos from Emery's birth, I compiled a little video. I have to admit that after I added the music, I was in tears within the first minute. We are only 3.5 weeks in to being the parents of two children and we are tired and there are days that we just want to scream and pull our hair out. However, there are no two people we love more on this planet than our beautiful daughters. Thank you Jesus, for giving us these precious gems and for allowing us to be their parents...
I also cannot say thank you enough to MY amazing Mama - who immediately jumped into the car when I told her I was in labor and drove 8 hours through the night to be with us. She was with me during delivery and she stayed with me at the hospital (so Steven could be home with Annie) for the entirety of my stay. She brought us home and she stayed with us for two weeks while Steven & I adjusted to life with two. You, mama dear, are MY guardian angel and I am forever grateful for your love...
