Insanity Week 2... Take 1

This morning I restarted my week 2 of insanity. Last week I did about 3 videos and started getting a random pain in my lower back. It's on the left side and it was pretty sharp - made my back, the side of my lower leg, and the bottom of my left foot hurt. Super weird. It doesnt really feel like a pulled muscle - maybe a nerve something. Anyhoo - I decided that it was best to let it chill out for a few days (not to mention I was MORE than welcoming a rest!).

This morning I did Day 1 Week 2 and made it through the entire thing without the pain. I was super conscious of my form, making sure I engaged my core through every power jump and every globe jump! The second I finished working out the pain seemed to reappear - but its not in my leg or foot this time, only one little spot in my back, so maybe it's going away! Good thing I have the rest of the day to take it easy!

One thing I noticed: Taking almost a week off from insanity = not a good idea. I was TOAST this morning. Who knew someone could produce so much sweat?!
