INSANITY - And so it begins!
That's right ladies and gentlemen! Insanity starts tomorrow!! So what is insanity one might ask?
Yeah. I'm exhausted just by watching that video!! I have a horrible track record of not completing exercise programs, but I'm super excited (and motivated) about this one. I plan to follow the diet that goes along with it which is just super healthy foods: lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies, and complex carbs. 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. Based on the scale, I'm supposed to eat 1700 calories a day!!!! That's a lot of food. Steven is doing the P90X while I do insanity - and he has to consume at minimum 2800 calories. We went shopping today - and you should see our fridge for one week!!! Better yet - take a look yourself!

Now obviously some of those things will last more than a week, but for the most part - that's what we are supposed to consume this week! It's a lot... but its so delicious and healthy!
I wont bother posting before pictures until there is an after picture to be seen, but i will post weekly updates on how it's going and the things I notice changing. I am happy to report that I am 10 days refined sugar free!! I made it through an ice cream party without a single drop (I'll post photos a little later).
