The Last One!

I got my last wisdom tooth pulled Friday! I never have to do this again! I got it pulled around 9:30 Friday morning - and didn't stop spitting blood until Saturday morning. The Dr. prescribed some pain meds for me - similar to oxycodone, but a little stronger, maybe - they were terrible. The pharmacist told me 100 times while I was in there, "these are reeeaaalllly strong. You really need to be careful with these! They don't make you as drowsy as oxycodone, but don't drive, be really careful..." over and over. I took a dose (1 every 6 hours) when I got home and once it kicked in, the side effects were probably worse than the pain! I read the list of possible side effects and i experienced every single one of them! dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, slight drowsiness - and a bonus one that wasn't on the list - itchy all over!! I took two doses Friday, and THAT'S ALL!

My mouth was ok Saturday, but is sore today, which is weird. The injection sites are really sore (where the Dr. numbed me). I still have to be so careful, you know, so I don't get a dry socket... so I haven't been able to brush the teeth on that side very well - and they are so gritty! I can't complain too much though - things could be worse! I just wish my headaches would go away!
