Faithfully Fit

Exercise class was great last night! Some days I'm so pumped and excited and full of energy - but last night was not one of those nights!! I've been working really hard on eating meals - and not snacking, limiting my food intake - and since I ate lunch at 11:00 yesterday - by 5:30 I was really really hungry! (I don't eat large meals...) So, I was a little out of it, tummy growling. Hard to get pumped up when you're tired and hungry! I usually get there 30 minutes before my class starts arriving so that I have time to prepare - for the actual work out part of the class and to take time to pray. I got there way early yesterday, so I ran up and down the stairs by the church office about 8 times... it got my heart pumping and blood flowing... but made my legs tired! Tuesdays are "leg" days in my class - and we work them really hard... lunges, squats, steps, and so forth! So, as we continued on and I saw the class express pain through their faces (quite comical) - it got me really pumped! haha!! That's terrible... but it does my soul well to see that my workouts are hurting! *yes* So, by the time we finished my legs were very shaky.... and today I am very very sore! I love it!

  2. Sadist...j/k...I, too, cannot eat much at once and feel your pain. Wish we lived closer to you guys...I need some workout buddies...
