Stepping Out

I took a huge risk yesterday... and got a new hairstyle! I realize that sounds a little silly ... but when your hair is as long as mine is... anything you do to it is a big deal - especially because my hair doesn't grow very fast at all! So after months of pondering, and reassurance from my husband, I got bangs. You know, the long "trendy" ones!! I was ridiculously nervous about them... because it's been a long time since I've had any (8th grade, in fact) - and such a huge chunk of hair has to get cut to form them...but I absolutely LOVE IT! I also got a little braver with color - and got more highlights put in! My hair has pretty much been the same for 5 years, give or take length.. so the change is awesome!! Steven loves it, which is what counts the most - but it's pretty great. haha! The best part is a my ponytail. (which I wear a lot of!) So I'll have to post a picture soon so you guys can see!
