Not much has happened since my last post!! Steven and I have been preparing for a backpacking trip that we're taking in about three weeks! I've really been trying to prepare myself physically for the trip! We're packing 31 miles! So, we've walked trails with our packs on a few times - and I've upped my daily workout routine! I still go to my class three days a week, and as I've said - it's mostly a toning class. I've upped my cardio routine in the last week - Kristy (the instructor of my class) and I are starting to become better friends as time goes on, so we've recently began going to the track EVERY day! As I said, I only started this mid-last week... so I'm still progressing! We go every day except Sunday! We run a mile - and then after that first one, we walk a lap and run a lap for another mile. We would probably go farther, but time doesn't really permit us to do so! Anyways, it's a great time! We both have about the same endurance level - which works out wonderfully. She makes for a great partner! We go right after class on Monday, Tues, and Thurs. We meet at 6:30 the other days! And Steven comes too! He does his own thing - and often helps us get through our first mile of running. He's a great pace setter - but we slow him down... A LOT. When we don't have him, we walk 1/4 mile, run 1/2, walk 1/4, run 1/2.

So yeah!! Good times!
