I don't have much time to write... but I've not updated in a really long time - as I write this I realize how many things I have to get done within the next thirty minutes... and I think I just got stressed out!!

This week has been a whirlwind! My dear 9 year old nephew was really sick all last weekend, so Monday we took him to the doctor, only to have to take him to LeBohner's ER! His blood sugar was 823 - needless to say, he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Steven and I spent all day Wednesday with him in the hospital, going through educational courses with his mom, to learn about this disease and how to tell when he's high and low, and what to do about it. We are really involved with his life, so we need to know what's going on with him! So, I know how to give an insulin shot now! He's really taking it like a champ! Shots don't bother him, so he is dealing with it pretty well. So, be praying for him.... and moreso, his mother!!! For that "maternal instinct" to kick in for her... so that she can be more observant of him in order to attend to his needs....

I'm getting ready to leave for the Women of Faith conference in Little Rock! I'm really really excited! I'm going with a group of godly women - so I'm really looking forward to the discipleship opportunities!

I have 30 minutes to get ready, pack, and finish laundry! My father in law is staying with us tonight - so I've been cleaning all morning! So much to do, so little time!

Pray that God will move at the conference!!
