Long Day!

I have such a long day ahead of me today!! I work 13 hours!! I've not had to wake up this early in months!! We have a nice sized catering order going out today, so that ought to be interesting! I've never officially been trained to open the store - and have only done it once in the 8 months I've worked there! I've done everything it takes to open at various points throughout the day, so all I really have to do is put them all together! I will be the only person there from 7:30-11... which could be fun, I guess. We have a radio, so woo hoo!! I just hope I can get everything done!! The last time I opened we didn't have the coffee bar in, so I'm interested to see how much that will effect me getting things done! As I prepare for the day, I still have to serve customers!! I'm already looking foward to coming home!!
