A Family Affair

My family and I went to Village Creek Sunday after church! We had such a wonderful time! It has been so long since we've done something like this together. (My family meaning my husband and I, and my parents/siblings/etc...) My cousin Bobbie and her daughter Dianna are here until the summer, living at mom's. (By the way: Pray for these girls! They have lived such a rough life- and are here to escape the drama in their lives! They need major change, so pray that God does indeed, change their lives!!!)

We walked the military trail and then down to the swinging bridge. My family RARELY does outdoorsie stuff, so it was quite lovely. My mom told me that it had been about 10 years since she's walked trails at the park!! Crazy. My dad, *suprise, suprise* didn't come - seems as though unexpected plans arose.
