A doctor visit

I went to the doctor again today! Not so much for illness... but it seems as though I've sprouted a wart on my knee! The most random thing ever! I've never had one before - and I decided that I didn't like it very much, so I had it taken care of today! Talk about an oucher!! My doctor froze it off. (it's still on... but will eventually fall off). Not trying to put in the gory details, but I think it has frostbite. It's funny looking, kind of black in the middle- and hurts like you could not imagine!! Ouch! My doctor is so silly! He kind of chuckled when I told him why I was there. He asked me if I had any moles or anything that needed to be removed - and he started scanning me to see if he could find something to cut off. He looked at my back, my arms, my legs... all over... but lo and behold - He found one! haha. The only one I had is no longer. What a day!!

My trainer worked us really hard today and yesterday. I'm so sore!! My arms ache and I can hardly stand on my legs they hurt so bad! We always give her a hard time when she's tough on us, but we always tell her that's when she's doing the best job! If we aren't whining, she's not doing it right! haha. Yay Kristy!
